  Desktop guide help for color managment shows duplicate bar for
  navigating in the docs

Bug description:
  To reproduce in system settings select color and click on learn more
  to open the documentation on color managment and the a naviagatoin bar
  for showing where in installed yelp documentation you are. It also
  shows this if you open yelp select all help and navigate to ubuntu
  desktop guide and select color managment.
