[Bug 1532959] [NEW] OpenVPN documentation requires updating

Public bug reported:

The documentation at https://help.ubuntu.com/community/OpenVPN refers to
the no longer used `admins` group. This should be now be replaced by the
`sudo` group. However that page is marked as **immutable** so I couldn't
edit it to fix this issue.

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New

** Attachment removed: "JournalErrors.txt"
