[Bug 1596152] Re: Restore "Compose Key" documentation
I did some testing on 16.04, and the basic compose key functionality
seems to be present irrespective of how the input method related
variables are set. Maybe I made a mistake when proposing that the
section should be removed. Anyway, I just reinserted it. Thanks, Jeremy!
