[Bug 1568984] Re: Reconsider section about the Flash plug-in

There are some good news:

https://blogs.adobe.com/flashplayer/2016/08/beta-news-flash-player-
npapi-for-linux.html#sthash.3gR3RhEv.CdUJSaUg.dpbs

Given that, I'm assuming that the adobe-flashplayer package will soon be
updated with a recent version of the Firefox plugin, so I simply
suggested that adobe-flashplayer is installed (and added a remark about
HTML5).

Title:
Reconsider section about the Flash plug-in

Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Fix Committed

Bug description:
Since Adobe is no longer maintaining the Flash plug-in for Linux
(other than security updates), we probably should reconsider this
section in the docs. Not sure how.
