[Bug 1627288] [NEW] Compose-key examples wrong

Public bug reported:

In the 16.10 desktop help the examples of using the compose key seem to
be wrong since they don't indicate simultaneous key presses. Eg I think
the first example would be better written as "Press <compose> + ' then a
letter to place an acute accent over that letter, such as é." (Note: I
can't reproduce the desktop help formatting in this comment.) The user
presses ' while still holding down <compose>, releases both keys, and
then presses a letter.

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
