If I've understood this bug correctly Adrian Bridgett fixed it on
2016-10-11. Please see the Revision History of the wiki page. I'll
change the bug status to Fix Released since the correction is already
available to everyone.

  minor mistake in SystemdForUpstartUsers

Bug description:
  I tried to log into the wiki but got a 500.  small mistake, easy fix:

  the "User" directive (what was setuid in upstart) is listed as being
  part of the "Unit" section, which according to my server is wrong.  It
  prefers it in the "Service" section.
