Thanks for your report. Yes, the "Bookmark this Location" option is
still available, but has been moved to the menu at the top right of the
Files window.

  La versión en español de https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help
  /nautilus-bookmarks-edit.html, hace referencia a una opción del menú
  archivo > marcadores que no existe.

  Sería bueno saber cual es la forma de editar los marcadores en ubuntu
  16.10.
