  missing features from the app

Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Invalid

Bug description:
  can you release a network manager as described in

  https://help.ubuntu.com/community/NetworkAdmin

  The version described in the above link is not version install via apt
  install in Ubuntu 17.04 and is missing many of the functions.

  The main important function are network locations.  I take my Ubuntu
  laptop to different organisations that have different network
  settings, dns settings and domain and search settings.

  I will have to manually change theme several times a week as I need a
  network manager that stores network locations.

  Please help.
