On https://help.ubuntu.com/, both the juju and maas links at the bottom
of the page are dead, I believe these are better links:

https://docs.maas.io/
https://docs.jujucharms.com/

You may also consider adding cloud-init:

https://cloudinit.readthedocs.io/en/latest/
