I don't have a multi-monitor setup, so can't test.
But that page is from the upstream GNOME Help and should be changed
there, so it would be great if you could submit an upstream issue too:

Bug description:
Two of the shortcuts in the following document seem to be wrong.

Move the current window one monitor to the right.
Should be Ctrl+Shift+Super <--
Move the current window one monitor to the right.
Should be Ctrl+Shift+Super -->
Used <-- to indicate arrow keys.
Also should add the following.
CTRL+Super+ and the directions left right or up move the screen to that side
of the monitor divided in half. using UP results in maximizing the screen again.
