[Bug 1781896] [NEW] LTS 18.04: Missing information in help-pages

Public bug reported:

Missing information in help-pages:
1. how to get linux kernel version
2. how to boot in secure mode
3. how to configure update-manager (to select/unselect packages, package-sources)

Why are these informations not easyly accessible in the menu, e.g. in the system config menu?
If it is the case (I am not sure now): Why are the help-pages not easily accessible from the grub ?

The cause is the last kernel update, which brought problems to booting.
I stepped back to the previous kernel, and this worked now.

Regards
