Title:
Directions clearly don't refer to the current distro.

Status in gnome-user-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/net-vpn-connect.html.en

  1. Open the Activities overview and start typing Network.

  Worked fine.

  2. Click on Network to open the panel.

This brought up a dialog that is clearly not what these instructions
  are referring to.

  3. At the bottom of the list on the left, click the + button to add a
  new connection.

What list? There is none. Nor is there a + button to be found.

At this point I went to the network page in the settings dialog. It
looked like it was more what these directions are talking about.
Alas, this is not the case.

  4. Choose VPN in the interface list.

There still is no interface list. But there is a plus sign next to a
dropdown labeled VPN with 'Not set up' in the menu. But there is a +
button. I hit it and was presented with two options, the first
involving some Microsoft thing and the other being import from file
which when chosen opened a dialog in my home directory.

At this point is where I gave up.

Please update your documentation instead of simply calling it appropriate for the current version.
