[Bug 1821446] [NEW] Useful keyboard shorcuts' Super+Alt+8 is missing

Public bug reported:

Ubuntu Desktop Guide
in the page 'Useful keyboard shorcuts' the shortcut Super+Alt+8 to activate zoom is missing.
in the page 'Magnify a screen area' should be noted that the shortcut Super+Alt+8 is the only way to exit from zoom because 'Crosshair' is NOT activated by default so after activating zoom you remain whithout mouse pointer and clicking the accessibility icon on the top bar is almost impossible.

In Settings > Universal Access > Zoom Options the Crosshair option
should be activated by default for the above reasons
