  On the https://help.ubuntu.com/index.html page, can we add a note that
  says:

  For the upcoming Ubuntu LTS release in 2020, the server documentation
  is moving to a new site. The new site The source of the guide is
  located at: https://discourse.ubuntu.com/c/server/guide The new site
  will automatically update when changes are made to those pages.
