  help.ubuntu.com/rst doesn't look like an Ubuntu page

Status in Online publishing of the Ubuntu documentation:
  New

Bug description:
  help.ubuntu.com/rst is linked from the Ubuntu installer when it detects an RST-enabled drive. 
  This page doesn't look like an Ubuntu page and it displays badly on a phone (which is the recommended device on the installer page to flash the QR code)
