* Should g-c-c add a greyed out row when no devices are present?

or

* Should the docs be clarified, so the case with no devices is covered?

Status in ubuntu-docs package in Ubuntu:
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Dear All

  Your documentation to the topic "Log in with a fingerprint" is not
  applicable to Ubuntu 20.04. There is no "...next to (Fingerprint
  Login)...".

  I would be grateful if the documentation were adapted to Ubuntu 20.04.
