  [Wayland] Ubuntu-docs does not show the documentation

Bug description:
  Ubuntu 22.04 development branch @ 30/03/2022

  Opening ubuntu-docs ?-icon does not show the help documentation items on Wayland only
  on Xorg it works

  The items exist, as hovering the mouse pointer over they show tooltips
  but overall the whole window is blank, see screenshot
