[Bug 661962] [NEW] [63 new] Unicode 6.0/Ubuntu emoticons

Unicode 6.0 is out, and this brings us the official smilie block:

a number of these official emoticon codepoints should map to the Ubuntu
emoticons published recently by the design team:

  http://design.canonical.com/2010/10/ubuntu-emoticons/
  http://design.canonical.com/brand/Examples/Emoticons/emoticons.svg

ideally this should be expanded and imported as additions into the
Ubuntu Font Family.
