Ubuntu better. We are sorry that we do not always have the capacity to

This is obviously not an Ubuntu Documentation issue so moving away from
ubuntu-docs.

Which release of Ubuntu are you using?
Xorg or Wayland?
Video hardware?
Which applications are affected by this problem?

Title:
  screen shakes and  every thing starts moving autometically. and it
  turns off when you press any button.

  it happens suddenly , whole screen freezes and every icon starts
  flashing.
