  [2 new] Mono: 'DOTTED CIRCLE' and 'BLACK CIRCLE'

Status in fonts-ubuntu package in Ubuntu:
  New

Bug description:
  These two characters are not present in Ubuntu Mono.

  Because of bug 932958, they are substituted from a different font. In
  a terminal this causes characters to overlap.
