[Bug 2097228] [NEW] Outdated documentation regarding how to open file with different app

Public bug reported:

https://help.ubuntu.com/stable/ubuntu-help/files-open.html.en#default

Under the "Change the default application" section there are 4 steps.
The step number 2 doesn't apply anymore because the "Open with" tab is
not present in "Properties" anymore. Instead, that option appears
directly in the context menu that opens when you right click the file as
"Open With..." ("With" has the first character uppercase and it has
"..." at the end, so you'd have to update step 3 too). Also, step 4 says
"Set as default" but now it's "Always use for this file type". Finally,
the last paragraph doesn't seem to apply anymore since it doesn't seem
like you can add any app to recommended applications anymore.

** Affects: ubuntu-docs (Ubuntu)
     Importance: Undecided
         Status: New
