The code for boundary integrals (ds) is now in place. It is only
partly working and more tests are needed.

Adding the term 1000*u*v*ds to the left-hand side of Poisson (for
weakly implemented homogeneous Dirichlet conditions) gives reasonable
results, but internal nodes on elements on the boundary seem to
affected.

I'm about to leave for vacation so I will not be able to work on this
for a while.
