Take a look at the code in src/modules/ and the corresponding demo
programs in src/demo/solvers/. In particular, look at the files in

    src/modules/poisson/

and

    src/demo/solvers/poisson/

After we have finished testing the current system and know that we
have everything working for general order Lagrange elements in both 2D
and 3D, we plan to write a manual.
