You can find all code in the current cvs version of DOLFIN. Just do

    cvs checkout dolfin

(same repository as for the book).

Take a look in the subdirectory

    src/modules/elasticity-updated/

You might also want to look at the demo program (which calls the
module to solve the problem) in

    src/demo/solvers/elasticity-updated/
