Hello,

When I just updated my version of dolfin with a different prefix,

whenever I went to compile outside of the demo and I got an error that
ElasticityUpdatedSigma.h was missing in the prefix/include/dolfin/
directory.  I copied it over and everything compiled fine.

So I am assuming that some script needs to be modified for the "make
install" to copy this file to the correct spot.  I am not sure which
script it is or else I would go change it but I assume someone will be
able to do it.
