Mixed elements

Having just added support for mixed elements in FFC, I should point
out that mixed elements are not yet fully supported in DOLFIN. I need
to generate a little additional information from FFC so DOLFIN knows
how to correctly post-process computed solutions (evaluating
components of the solution at vertices and saving to file).

I hope to have time to finish this tomorrow.
