I've been testing the nonlinear solvers from PETSc and they seems to work pretty
well, so I've started implementing them in DOLFIN. At the moment, I've started
in src/kernel/la, but they are more than just linear algerbra. Also, there will
be numerous variants. Any objections to anew directory src/kernel/nonlinearsolver?
