The DOLFIN programmer's reference is back online at

    http://www.fenics.org/pub/documents/dolfin/dolfin-progr-reference/

The pages are rebuilt nightly from the current CVS but there have been
some glitches in the past, so report any problems (such as missing
pages) to the list.
