Any objections to making an experimental move of DOLFIN from CVS to
Mercurial?

If there are no objections, I can convert the current CVS repository
and set everything up. Or I may do it anyway, just for fun... :-)

I think the transition should be fairly smooth (just do hg commit
followed by hg push instead of cvs commit). Take a look at
