Add mesh of a gear and README file with descriptions of meshes
(but README needs to be completed).

As far as I understand (see http://www.gnu.org/licenses/gpl-faq.html#GPLOutput)
it is impossible to restrict the output of a program by copyright, so it should
be ok to distribute meshes generated by tetgen although tetgen is not free
software. (The output takes the same restrictions as the input to the program.)
