Add Cahn-Hilliard demo in src/demo/nls/cahn-hilliard.

Set linear solver in NewtonSolver to LU.


This demo illustrates how a complicated nonlinear PDE can be solved using DOLFIN and FFC. It's a mixed formulation, it's time-dependent and the nonlinearities are not trivial.
