[HG] Add ODE::f before virtual void f(const real u[], real t, real y[])

This avoids the problem where some compilers give warnings for partially overridden virtual functions (see http://www.lrde.epita.fr/cgi-bin/twiki/view/Know/PartiallyOverriddenFunction).
