[HG] Use dictionary to store vertices when reading Gmsh format since Gmsh node

Fix bug in KrylovSolver for VirtualMatrix: make sure preconditioner is
either a DOLFIN preconditioner (that can handle virtual matrices) or
PC_NONE. Lorenz ODE demo works now again.
