[HG] Add emacs macros for DOLFIN development.

One or more new changesets pushed to the primary DOLFIN repository.
A short summary of the last three changesets is included below.

Add emacs macros for DOLFIN development.

Stick these macros in your ~/.emacs to create new commands in emacs:

    M-x dolfin.h    (create template for DOLFIN .h file)
    M-x dolfin.cpp  (create template for DOLFIN .cpp file)

Any contributions are welcome, such as automatically naming the class from
file name and automatically setting the date.

This was a result of a fierce emacs vs. vim battle with Ola Skavhaug.
