[HG] Implement computation of dense Jacobian from given action y = Ax.

Rename TimeSlabJacobian::update() --> TimeSlabJacobian::init().
TimeSlabJacobian::update() will be used for computing a dense
copy of the Jacobian, useful for small systems.
