Ok, done. I am receiving the reminders, the system is working, though
I'm not used to it yet.

The bug about PETSc being required for the elasticity modules is
marked with severity "blocker". Is this an indication that we won't
release until they are fixed? They are actually a bit obsolete and
need a rewrite (using TimeDependentPDE and possibly entirely using
PyDOLFIN, as Ko is implemented). This should wait until after the
release though.
