There seems to be a problem to compile dolfin using boost installed
locally by the user (with an old version of boost installed at the default
location)? To set the flag --with-boost-include does not seem to be
enough?

I also note the comment in configure.ac :
# Check for Boost FIXME: Check first user provided location, then default

Any suggestions?
