I suggest we release a new version of DOLFIN (0.6.3) on Friday.

Please help out to test and fix any bugs before the release.

I have added a basic introduction to the new mesh library in the
manual. There are a few chapters that are incomplete and not
up-to-date with the current code that I think we should comment out:

  Chapter 6:  Partial differential equations (Hoffman?)
  Chapter 7:  Nonlinear solver (Wells?)
  Chapter 11: Solvers (Hoffman? Jansson?)

Please object if you want to keep the chapters in their current form
or (ideally) finish the chapters.
