Move to NumPy

With good help from Garth, FFC has now been moved from Numeric to
NumPy. There were a few issues that needed some work but all the test
cases in src/demo have been verified to work.

Tell me if there are any issues with the update.

Note that FIAT is still using Numeric (but will soon move to NumPy).
FFC/NumPy works fine with FIAT/Numeric.
