[HG] Assmeble matrix and vector for 2D Poisson in parallel and print to screen together with reference matrix and vector. Result looks good.

Add error message to dolfin-convert if an unknown element type is encountered in the gmsh format. This should raise an error when a "physical" surface/volume has not been created and gmsh exports all cells and edges.
