It seems we have a lot of things going currently:

   - DG methods
   - UFC-based assembly
   - Parallel assembly
   - The new DofMap
   - GTS, general projections
   - Mesh refinement

FFC is also undergoing some big structural and interface changes, so
the next release will be 0.4.0 (not 0.3.6).

Should we bump the minor version number also for DOLFIN when (some of)
the big changes are in place? 0.7.0? Or 0.8.0?
