Yes, strange. The src/demo/pde/dg files seem to have disappeared with this
changeset:

But it's a bit hard to track removals with Mercurial, I can't see why it
deleted them.

The last merge:

also touched uBlasMatrix.h for some reason, but there is no change.

No other files are affected as far as I can see. I'll add back the DG demo
files.
