PyDOLFIN:

Added verification for projection between non-matching meshes. Results
look very good (for the test case, linear Lagrange). The difference
between projection and interpolation is 8-9 orders of magnitude
smaller than the projection/interpolation error. This signifies that
the quadrature error has an insignificant effect, and that everything
seems to be computed correctly.

Changed projection to solve linear system rather than lump.
