Remove FunctionPointerFunction?

Could we remove FunctionPointerFunction (which makes it possible to
define a Function just by a FunctionPointer)?

It would mean less code to maintain and update.

We would then have only three backends: discrete, user and constant.
(And non-matching when we re-add that.)
