[HG dolfin] Make functional demo working:

Get convection-diffusion demo working:
 - Assignment of Functions now implemented, allows simple specification
   of initial condions, for example Function u0(mesh, 0.0) and then assignment
   in time loop: u0 = u1.
 - Add simple interface for solving linear systems: solve.h supplies one single
   function solve(A, x, b) using LU factorization (if available).
