Could you add code for computing the boundary sub-domains for the conv-diff demo (rather than reading from file)? It's useful to see how to do it, and allows refined and different meshes to be experimented with.

 - Assignment of Functions now implemented, allows simple specification
   of initial condions, for example Function u0(mesh, 0.0) and then assignment
   in time loop: u0 = u1.
 - Add simple interface for solving linear systems: solve.h supplies one single
