Merge lots of small fixes to demos, unit tests and benchmarks.
I've been quite aggressive and removed code that was not maintained.

Here's an approximate summary:

 - All demos compile
 - All demos work, except mesh refinement and partitioning
 - All unit tests run
 - All unit tests exist both for C++ and Python
 - A top level script runs all unit tests
 - All benchmarks compile
 - More polishing is needed for the benchmarks
 - Changed configure for libufsparse/libumfpack, please look

There are quite a few things on the TODO list, but we're getting
close to a release of DOLFIN 0.7.0 (which might be followed quickly
by 0.7.1).
