How can one define subdomains?
For example, in /src/demo/pde/stokes/taylor-hood/main.cpp is said:
// ... The sub domains
// for the different boundary conditions used in this
// simulation are computed by the demo program in
// src/demo/subdomains.
but this doesn't exist.
