About the current hg repository dolfin-fsi; I think it is more natural to
name it "dolfin-testing", in analogy with the Debian convention.

We have dolfin-stable, which is last release + bug fixes, and we have
dolfin-dev, which can be seen as a dolfin-unstable? So dolfin-testing
would play the role of providing new developments (to a certain degree)
under the condition to not break functionality.

What do you say?
