Hi!

It seems that Hypre (provides algebraic multi-grid)  has switched to 
LGPL (about 1 year ago, but I wasn't aware of it). This is good news 
since we use it quite a lot (for Poisson-type problems, pressure 
equation in Navier-Stokes, incompressible FSI for example).

They still have the "registration" before download, but it doesn't have 
anything to do with the distribution license.
